Pizza Pi in the USVI!!!

The British Virgin Islands has the USVI beat for cool little places to get away from the crowd.  In the BVI there is Cooper Island (one of our favorites!), Norman Island, Saba Rock, Jost Van Dyke, . . . the list goes on and on.  Weeelllll,  there is finally a cool, little spot that is unique, fun and best of all, only accessible by boat!!!  Pizza Pi a floating pizzeria and the newest, best place for pizza and a boat destination in the USVI.  While our friends Clint and Rebekah were here visiting we enjoyed their Carbonara  Pizza which features, homemade white sauce, ham, peas and an assortment of wonderful cheeses.  Their crust is that perfect combination of thick chewiness and wonderful flavor and no soggy bottom!  I can’t wait to try the Blooming Onion next time!   

It was a fantastic way to spend the afternoon!

This is the coolest boat!  It is completely refitted for a pizzeria!  It's super clean and the best pizza!
