Ode to Summer

Today marks the start of fall.  It's bittersweet.  While I love a crackly fire in the wood stove in the morning, cozy sweaters and boots, and hearty stews and biscuits, it's sad to see the end of summertime things.  Warm evenings and abundant garden produce will soon be a thing of the past.  So here's a few pics from the season of sun.
